A free song from Byrne and Eno

The new album from David Byrne and Brian Eno will be titled Everything That Happens Will Happen Today.  To promote its release, Dave and Brian have made the first track, “Strange Overtones,” available for free on the web.

Casting the Venom movie

Word is that Sony may greenlight a Venom feature film as a spin-off of Spider Man 3.  Reportedly not confident in Topher Grace’s ability to carry a summer popcorn movie, Sony will likely recast another actor as Eddie Brock/Venom.
